This cohort experience offers a transformative opportunity for your senior Leadership Team to establish the foundational mindsets, organizational systems, and essential skills required to operate as a high-performing team, driving strategic growth and enduring organizational health. Over three months, leadership teams will engage in a virtual cohort-based program involving interactive training, guided by proven frameworks and expert facilitators. Through collaborative sessions, case study insights, and practical application, teams will strengthen their overall cohesion, discipline, and accountability - keys to increasing overall leadership effectiveness.

Format
Immersive Team Training Sessions : There will be 4 half-day sessions in which the whole team participates. All cohort participants will go through this training together
CEO/Navigator Coaching: There will be tailored coaching for your CEO and/or Operations Leader, to guide and support you as you implement the tools and practices in the program.
Observation and Feedback: Our team will observe your leadership team meetings and offer feedback to make immediate improvements.
