With the 6 Levers Framework, leaders can learn how to intentionally design their organizational operating system so that it more effectively manages – and connects – 6 key areas: identity, focus, cohesion, leadership, rhythms and momentum.

The Navigator Sprint is a 7-week virtual training series to equip leaders with the key insights, tools and practices to build a healthier team and a better way to work. Each leader will learn to begin implementing the 6 Levers in your org.

Navigators are internal champions responsible for the adoption of the 6 Levers Framework in your org.
This Navigator is often a senior leader, usually the operations lead, CEO or Executive Director. The Navigator can also be a mid-level manager or team leader. Larger teams (30 or more employees) often benefit from having several Navigators. Each Navigator learns the 6 Levers Framework then navigates the rest of the organization and teams through the process of implementing the 6 Levers.
Oftentimes, when an organization hires an external consultant, change efforts fail because they lack internal drive and buy-in. We use this system of Navigators to ensure an internal stakeholder is helping to drive the process forward from inside.

In addition to weekly 90-minute sessions, plan for 1 hour of additional time each week to dive deeper into the material and connect with other Navigators in the 6 Levers community. Our team will support you throughout the Sprint to help you navigate your team to health.
